Youth Hockey Coordinator & Corporate Partnership Representative - Binghamton Senators (Binghamton, NY)

Youth Hockey Coordinator

Duties:

• Develop and implement new youth and adult hockey programs

• Broker partnerships with adult and youth hockey orgranizations and leaders.
• Learn ticket sales process
• Make cold calls to local companies and individuals selling 2016-2017 full season, partial season ticket plans, and group ticket plans.
• Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns for the ticket sales department
• Assist ticket department with season ticket holder mailings
• Assist in the daily operations of the Senators TIcket Sales department
• Creating and maintaining ticket department databases and spreadsheets
• Maintain an organized profile of clients and prospects
• Develop and implement programs for lead generation
• Research and generate sales leads
• Provide customer service and implement customer relations programs both on and off site
• Assist in servicing season ticket holders and other clients
• Assist the sales staff in regard to their clerical duties
• Perform all other duties as assigned

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to local companies to sell corporate sponsorship packages (including in arena signage, TV/radio ads, in arena video, etc.)
• Renew current sponsorship client accounts as assigned by Vice President of Sales and Executive Vice President of Operations
• Establish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and referrals
• Maintain complete and accurate records for customers/book of business
• Maintain an organized profile of clients and prospects
• Assist in promoting organization through various outside events in the Southern Tier area
• Create and develop new sponsorship sales packages to generate new revenue streams.
• Meet or exceed Corporate Sponsorship Revenue Objectives
• Research and generate sales leads
• Provide customer service and implement customer relations programs both on and off site

Requirements:
•  Work at least 40 hours a week in the Senators office, some night time work required
•  Work external events to help promote the Binghamton Senators
•  Must maintain professional attitude and appearance, and willing to work hard
•  Preference given to those who wish to work in sales in the sports industry
•  Must have own transportation and a valid Drivers License 


SALARY: Salary plus very aggressive commission structure. Benefits package included.

Corporate Partnerships Manager - Stockton Heat (Stockton, CA)

Summary: 

The Corporate Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional and national companies through the sale of integrated Stockton Heat packages. The Corporate Partnership Manager will sell fully integrated marketing, media and promotional programs that include marketing rights, on-premise signage, game sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, media exposure and premium seating/suite inventory.  

DUTIES: 

·         Prospect and cultivate new corporate partner relationships to ensure sponsor revenue growth.

·         Design, present and sell through on customized packages of sponsorship services in line with customers marketing goals and objectives. 

·         Develop sales strategies and prospecting models to ensure a continual pipeline of new business opportunities. 

·         Oversee the collection of each respective account.

·         Anticipate and respond to client needs, requests and concerns in a manner to preserve client relationships.

·         Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/management experience required. 

·         A Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience; previous sales experience in a professional sports/entertainment environment required. 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Proven history of delivering significant new business and closing multi-year deals.

·         Superior knowledge regarding the principles related to the sale and implementation of sports partnerships.

·         Aggressive, competitive and committed to meeting and exceeding stipulated sales goals.

·         Superior customer service focus.

·         Effective time management and organizational skills and a flexible schedule including some weekends.
