Corporate Sales Representative – Springfield Falcons (Springfield, MA)

The Springfield Falcons, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets, are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Representative. The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for soliciting, securing and fulfilling sponsorship partners and agreements on behalf of the Springfield Falcons and MassMutual Center. This position will be responsible for generating revenue thought corporate sponsorship sales and servicing while maintaining high levels of client services. Must be self-disciplined, possess strong follow-up skills, and have exceptional time management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining the corporate sponsorships for Springfield Falcons and MassMutual Center
• Responsible for soliciting new cash partnerships
• Responsible for making cold calls & sales presentations for the venues
• Responsible for executing all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment
• Responsible for working with outside agencies to get all corporate partnerships signage created and placed
• Responsible for the design of sales proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners
• Work with the marketing department on opportunities to cross sell corporate partners

Qualifications:
• Four year college degree preferred
• 1-2 years Corporate Sales and/or Ticket Sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team oriented
• Proficient computer skills
• Effective time management skills
