JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for generating revenue through group outings and FSE ticket plans. The ideal candidate is a hungry, curious and self-motivated professional ready to develop sales acumen while generating revenue.  We are seeking candidates who are interested in achieving sales success, not for candidates “looking to get into sports.” The ISR position is seasonal, with opportunity for full-time employment based on merit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Make minimum of 80 outbound sales calls each day

·         Actively prospect new business through area businesses, organizations and leads provided through in-house data capture efforts

·         Up-sell inbound calls

·         Achieve weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals

·         Track all contacts with customers via Archtics ticketing software

·         During the season, staff all home games, with duties assigned

·         Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Excellent oral communication, customer service and problem solving skills

·         Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and be a team player

·         High energy; ability to remain focused on sales goals and strive for achievement

·         Ability to move around the arena to visit clients during home games and to escort and show potential customers various seating options and other on-site facilities

·         Available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor's degree required

·         Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment scheduling or cold-calling is preferred

·         High energy; ability to remain focused on sales goals strive for achievement

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating ticket sales revenue by selling Full Season & Partial Season ticket plans, group sales packages, as well as single game tickets for the Hartford Wolf Pack.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Account Executive, Group Tickets is extremely proficient in selling group tickets to Ontario Reign games to various organizations and companies. This individual would seek to develop business relationships in order to gain revenue by selling group tickets to Inland Empire businesses and families for the Ontario Reign Hockey Club of the American Hockey League (AHL). He/she will work during regular office hours and/or event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A core function of an Ontario Reign Account Executive, Group Tickets is proactively and efficiently generating new revenue through outbound calls, client meetings, customized emails, prompt responses to inbound calls, team-related events, upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Generate group ticket revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face to face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking

·         Manage accounts in order to exceed established sales goals; Conduct high amounts of new business calls on a daily basis

·         Prospecting in order to generate new business relationships; responsible for hosting client meetings and potential client presentations on a regular basis

·         Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound & outbound customer communication – phone calls, emails, mail, etc.; Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients

·         Perform “game day” responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket sales booths and tables 

·         Attend team, community, and other events for purpose of maximizing sales opportunities

·         Provide sales reports and contact status back to management on a daily and weekly basis during Goal Setting Meetings

Rampage Sales Representative - San Antonio Rampage (San Antonio, Tx)

This position is responsible for further developing, maintaining, and increasing Season Ticket Sales, Partial Season Ticket Sales and Group Ticket Sales for the San Antonio Rampage with a strong focus on relationship sales and customer retention. This person must generate new revenue through a process of prospecting and contacting a high volume of leads daily. This person must also provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers, and co-workers. 

The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to maintain confidential documents and files, handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude and have strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required

Overview:

The responsibility of the Group Sales Account Executive is to maximize group ticket revenue through new sales initiatives and renewing current group sales clients. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating large group events and group specific themed events. The Account Executive Group Sales must be self-motivated and able to meet and exceed stipulated sales goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell group tickets to area businesses, organizations and individuals
  • Generate new sales through telephone, outside appointments and development of referrals and leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting and other techniques
  • Renew current group sales clients of the San Diego Gulls
  • Make minimum of 50 outbound sales calls per day
  • Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects with our CRM system
  • Develop, maintain and build own prospect list in addition to any leads provided by the company
  • Achieve or exceed pre-determined sales goals for all tickets products
  • Manage accounts to ensure client issues are resolved
  • Build and leverage relationships with businesses and individuals in order to promote sales
  • Assist with game night activities, as well as any special events on an as needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year prior group sales experience; preferably in a professional sports environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays as required.
