Ticket Sales & Service: Ticket Sales
Rampage Sales Representative - San Antonio Rampage (San Antonio, Tx)

This position is responsible for further developing, maintaining, and increasing Season Ticket Sales, Partial Season Ticket Sales and Group Ticket Sales for the San Antonio Rampage with a strong focus on relationship sales and customer retention. This person must generate new revenue through a process of prospecting and contacting a high volume of leads daily. This person must also provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers, and co-workers. 

The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to maintain confidential documents and files, handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, develop, and maintain new and ongoing business and sales relationships.
  • Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, and data capture and personal data base management.
  • Develop and attain personal strategies, procedures, and goals to increase sales for SS&E Properties.
  • Greet, support, and serve current and potential clients daily and at games.
  • Commit to on-going sales training and development of best sales practices.
  • Participate in and attend Sales Department meetings with relevant data, research, and accurate information.
  • Assist and support the Rampage Director of Business Operations & Rampage Ticket Sales Manager with all aspects of promoting and managing the Rampage and their supportive department.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Job experience in the related field
  • Experience in making outbound calls (in excess of 75 per day)
  • Must be a self-starter and posses team building skills
  • Knowledge of the AHL preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work nights, holidays, & weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required
  • Proficient with Ticket Master Archtics Ticketing System preferred
  • Strong teamwork aptitude required.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs on a regular basis

Rampage Ticket Sales Manager - San Antonio Rampage (San Antonio, Tx)

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing Rampage Full Time Sales Staff with a strong focus on developing, maintaining, and increasing Season and Group Ticket Sales through relationship sales and customer retention.   Effectively position and promote the Rampage in the marketplace with the primary focus of generating Season Ticket and Group Ticket sales revenue.  Provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers. Constantly seeks to improve staff development, motivation, and retention. The eligible candidate will service and deal with a diverse group of important clients and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. This position will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sr. Director of Business Operations / Rampage & Stars.  The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to maintain confidential documents and files, handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Train, lead and develop Rampage Sales Representatives including, but not limited to, hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, supervising, managing and evaluating sales staff.
  • Oversee new business generation, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and tracking results for Rampage to ensure established goals are achieved.
  • Identify, explore, and research new season ticket and group sales target markets and sales opportunities for the Rampage.
  • Establish and communicate clear sales revenue and personal development goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for improvement.
  • Implement customer service principles and systems that permeate all ticket sales functions across all SS&E properties with customer retention as the primary goal. Customer service programs must be developed and implemented with the goal of building loyalty to all SS&E properties.
  • Coordinate and follow up with all necessary SS&E departments to ensure all customer service and sales opportunities are met.
  • Track and report daily and weekly sales and staff performance results to senior management.
  • Attend, contribute and participate in weekly Department and Franchise meetings.
  • Collaborate with SS&E sales managers to cultivate a consistent sales culture across all SS&E franchises.


Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred; including proven hiring, leadership, employee development, and supervisory skills
  • Proven ticket sales experience
  • Knowledge of the AHL preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize work when given multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with all levels in the organization
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work nights, holidays, & weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required
  • Proficient with Ticket Master Archtics Ticketing System preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong teamwork aptitude required.
  • The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs on a regular basis
