					The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins are hosting their 2nd Annual Sports Industry Career Fair on Wednesday November 11th from 3:00-5:00pm at the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
The fair is geared toward students who are looking to work in the sports industry and are interested in learning what it takes to get in the sports business world. This event will give students an opportunity to meet and speak with representatives from various sports related organizations. There will be representatives from hockey, baseball, arena (indoor) football, health &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;fitness, non-profit organizations, entertainment, and many more.
Admission to the fair is $17.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. Included in the price is entry to the fair,&amp;nbsp;a ticket&amp;nbsp;to the Penguins vs. Pirates game that night, and a Penguins hat.
Please pre-register by Friday November 6th to guarantee your spot at this event. If you submit your one-page resume, we will add it to our Career Fair Resume Book to distribute to each organization participating.

Summary
The Account Executive, under the direction of the Senior Director, Sales &amp;amp; Marketing, functions as a part of the ticket sales team in the Sales &amp;amp; Marketing Department. Major Areas &amp;amp; Representative Duties
Season Ticket/Group Sales
&amp;bull; Solicit and generate new customers for the organization. 
&amp;bull; Establish and maintain sales-oriented contact with organizations and responsible individuals who have participated as group sales customers or may be expected to participate in the future. 
&amp;bull; Develop and maintain a thorough awareness of the various ticket packages offered, along with various promotions that may be taking place. 
&amp;bull; Maintain contact with customer base through phone and mail communications including answering questions and solving problems and to directly and indirectly foster high renewal percentages. 
&amp;bull; Implement renewal cycle steps and meet deadlines as instructed. 
&amp;bull; Administer seat location exchanges in line with established procedures. 
&amp;bull; Act as main liaison between Sharks Minor Holdings and the ticket package holder.

    Must receive college credit for the internship experience
